iRIS Lite
iRIS "Lite" is based on the functionality of our IRB Assistant module with the ability to expand into more than 15 other research related modules including; Conflict of Intest, IACUC, IBC, Grants and Contracts, Study Managment, Preaward and more.
iRIS "Lite" is hosted at our partner tier 4 data center in Riverside, California. We have dedicated machines and software setup and ready to start hosting your system today.
COI Assistant™
Conflict of Interest Assistant allows for easier handling of both your institute’s annual disclosure reviews and your submission specific disclosures. Create annual disclosures online so that your research community can report their annual disclosures to your COI officer. Create a paperless review and sign-off process, generate letter correspondence, outcomes and status of the review. Submission disclosures can also route to all Key Study Personnel to be reviewed by your COI office as well.
IBC Assistant™
Researchers can now submit applications, attachments, sub-forms and correspond electronically with the IBC using iRIS™. For each submission forms can be filled out and/or attached, accepted and forwarded to the appropriate review board for assessment. Reviewers can view all protocol documents on-line (including previous submissions for that study), record comments, make recommendations, provide stipulations and prepare outcome letters electronically.
IACUC Assistant™
Researchers can now submit their projects electronically to the IACUC office for review. For each project, forms can be completed/ attached, accepted and forwarded to the IACUC Committee for evaluation. By means of business policies configured by the IACUC administrator, projects are received with particular and comprehensive information. IACUC reviewers can view all project documents on-line (including previous submissions for that project), record comments, categorize project types, make recommendations, and correspond with study staff electronically.
IRB Assistant™
Allows a user to electronically submit a research application and other related forms to your institute's review board(s) (IRB, IBC, IACUC, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy, etc). Configurable wizard forms and a workflow engine make this "out of the box" solution easy to setup for all institutes, both large and small
Scientific Review Assistant™
Scientific Review Board Assistant™ automates the review process by integrating site activities directly with your review board(s). Review Board personnel are immediately provided with submission packets, subject enrollments and study compliance issues as they are entered. All pre-meeting study information can be available electronically to Review Board members, thus reducing the mountain of paperwork normally required.
Grants & Contracts Assistant™
Internally route your funding application and supporting documentation to your Grants & Contracts Office for review and processing. Keep track of funding status, amounts, legal review, disclosure status and pre-award and post-award accounting.

Study Management Assistant™
With Study Assistant, researchers are guided through the entire study process with the click of their mouse. Study Assistant™ allows for the configuration of your application to automatically branch to the next logical question in that form, based on the user's response to specific questions. Features such as embed customizable help files, instruction pages and even outside web links assist researchers in completing the application and/or site-generated forms.
Time & Effort Assistant™
Time & Effort Assistant™, when integrated with Study or Site Assistant™ will keep track of the estimated time to complete each of the study related tasks and allow each user to capture their actual time it took to complete not only their patient related tasks, but other study related activities for a given period of time.
